Teaching Assistant

BOA Group is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant, working alongside the wider staff and leaders to provide excellence across the Group. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy with travel to other BOA locations as required. 

The post holder will work to support all students across the academy. The post will ensure support is put in place to enable all students to access learning, with particular focus on students on the SEND Register and the delivery of phonics intervention.

POST RESPONSIBLE TO: Higher Level Teaching Assistant and SENCO

SALARY: Support Staff Scale Point 4 to 9 (Prorated to £21,929 to £24,113)

WORKING HOURS: Full time (37.5 hours per week), term time only

START DATE: April/May 2026

CLOSING DATE: 19th March 2026

INTERVIEW DATE: W/c 23rd March 2026
