Year 7 Transition 2026
We have exciting details regarding the September 2026 transition into secondary school for your child.
Our transition programme starts before our students enrol with us at BOA Digital. You should have received a log in to complete our pre-enrolment form, which gives us all the information we need for their start in September.
If you have not yet done this, please complete it no later than 6pm on Friday 27th June 2026.

Transition Day
Wednesday 1st July (8.30am - 3.30pm)
Transition day will take place on Wednesday 1st July 2026. This day gives students the opportunity to experience a taste of what life, here at BOA Digital, will be like. They will take part in team building activities and digital technology sessions where they can get to know their peers, learn something new and have fun!
The day will start at 8.30am and finish at 3.30pm. Please arrive no later than 8.15am, so our team can get your child registered and settled.
Students will make their way in through the side entrance (slightly further up Barrack Street) and at the end of the day, they will be collected from the same entrance.
Students should wear their current primary school uniform. We also advise them to wear comfy shoes/trainers as they will be taking part in activities. Lunch will be provided, but if they prefer, they can bring their own packed lunch. They should also bring a water bottle with them.
Please inform us if the student will be collected after school or if they will be making their own way home. Please complete the form here. Please note: If you do not complete the from we will hold the child at the end of the day.

Tuesday 30th June (6.30pm - 7.15pm)
An event for parents and guardians of students joining our Year 7 cohort in September 2026.
This is an optional session where key information will be shared by members of staff, and it will allow you to have a chance to get to meet staff and ask questions. Both parents and students are welcome to attend.

This Transition Day is by invite only for those who require an additional Transition Day. If your child is selected, you will receive an invitation in the coming weeks.
If you feel your child would benefit from an additional transition day, please contact info@boa-digital.co.uk. If you do not receive a formal invite, please only attend on Wednesday 1st July 2026.
