Teacher of Geography

BOA Digital Technologies Academy is seeking to appoint an exceptional Teacher of Geography to join a committed team, working alongside colleagues and leaders to deliver excellence in teaching and learning. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy, with opportunities to collaborate across other BOA Group academies in central Birmingham.

As Teacher of Geography, the postholder will play an important role in the academy’s academic success, delivering high-quality teaching and contributing to the development of an ambitious and engaging Geography curriculum. This is a role for a strong classroom practitioner who is committed to raising standards, modelling best practice, and ensuring all students make excellent progress.

The successful candidate will promote a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement, using evidence-informed approaches to support effective teaching and learning. Through strong classroom practice and collaborative working, they will inspire students to develop a deep understanding of the world, think critically about global issues, and engage with Geography in a meaningful way.

Salary: Teacher Main or Upper Pay Scale (£32,916 - £51,048 per year)
