Following a rigorous and wide-reaching recruitment process, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Dr Jonathan Morris as our new Principal, effective from September 2025.

Dr Morris joins us with a wealth of leadership experience, including roles as Vice Principal of a large secondary school in Staffordshire and more recently as Headteacher of a school in Warwickshire. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in driving school improvement, leading teaching and learning, and creating a culture of high expectations. His doctorate in education — focused on the organisational culture of schools — further underlines his deep commitment to school development and student success.

This is a particularly exciting time for BOA Digital as we look ahead to welcoming our first GCSE cohort in September 2025 and preparing to open our sixth form provision in 2027.
