Vice Principal

The BOA Group are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and aspirational Vice Principal to join the team at BOA Digital Technologies Academy, Barrack Street, Birmingham. 

This is an exciting new role in a growing school. The postholder will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of a new school as we welcome the first Key Stage 4 cohort and prepare for the addition of a sixth form in 2027.

THE ROLE:

BOA Group is seeking to appoint a Vice Principal, working alongside the wider staff and leaders to provide excellence across the Group. The role will be primarily based at BOA Digital Technologies Academy with travel to other BOA locations as required.

The Vice Principal will play a pivotal role in the strategic and operational leadership of BOA Digital Technologies Academy. Reporting directly to the Principal, they will be instrumental in achieving educational excellence through the delivery of a high-quality, evidence-informed curriculum, outstanding teaching and learning, and the successful development of staff and students alike.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in curriculum design, the development of middle leadership, raising attainment for disadvantaged students, and leveraging digital innovation to support learning. The Vice Principal will ensure that educational technology is deeply and effectively integrated across the academy, enriching every student’s experience and improving outcomes for all.

Salary: Leadership Scale Points 17 - 21 (£73,819 to £81,441)
